Do you have a question that isn’t listed here? Feel free to ask it, maybe we’ll add it!
General
- I’m coming for the first time and I’m feeling nervous. What now? First of all: it’s completely normal to feel nervous; almost everyone has experienced it. Don’t worry, we understand how it feels, and we’re here for you. On Friday, we have an introduction afternoon with a walk, dinner, and drinks. On Saturday, we organize an introductory activity for the newcomers. And there’s no pressure, and a lot is allowed. Need a moment to relax before you change? That’s perfectly fine. Want a hug from a volunteer? Feel free to ask! ❤️
- What languages are spoken? There are many international visitors, so it’s not just Dutch you’ll hear. Announcements or activities are often done in both Dutch and English, and sometimes we also assist in French and German. If you don’t quite understand something, feel free to ask for help! If necessary, we’ll even translate it into Danish for you 😉
- How can I pay? Both with you bank card as with cash, in euro’s.
Buying tickets
- Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes, you can, but we may be sold out. It’s best to buy your tickets online in advance.
- Until when are tickets available online? Tickets are available online up until the start of the event.
- I wanted to buy tickets but the payment didn’t go through, what now? Please contact us and we’ll solve it for you.
- I bought a ticket but I can’t find it anymore, what now? We can look up your ticket for you. Up until the day before the event, you can contact us about this. On the day of the event itself, you can simply come to the entrance and we’ll look up your ticket there.
