• The organization reserves the right to deny you access to the event if you do not comply with the rules. The rules can be found on the webpage for the relevant day and will also be posted at the event location.
• Ageplay Adventureland is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
• If you are unable to attend but have already purchased a ticket, there are three options below. Other than these, we do not offer refunds.
  
  1. You may resell your ticket to someone else. There is a dedicated topic for this in our Telegram group. We allow this but accept no responsibility.
  2. You may cancel your ticket using the link in the email you received and will receive a voucher equal to the value of your purchase. This can be used to buy a ticket for a future edition.
  3. If the day for which you want to cancel your ticket is sold out and there are people on the waiting list, you can contact us to receive a refund (minus a 10% transaction fee). Your ticket will then automatically be transferred to the next person on the waiting list.
