• Can I buy a ticket at the entrance? You can, but sold out is sold out. So if you want to be sure, it’s best to buy a ticket online.
  
• Until how long can tickets be bought online? The tickets are for sale until the event starts.
  
• I wanted to buy tickets but the payment did not succeed, what now? No problem, the tickets will remain in our system for a while. Just contact us for an alternative payment method.
  
• I bought a ticket but I can’t find it anymore, what now? If this is before the day of the event, just contact us and we will get you your ticket again. Is it the day of the event itself just come to the entrance using your payment details we can look up your ticket.

• Are there lockers/vestaire available? Both, there are lockers from Red&Blue these are on the small side and cost €2 each time you reopen them. We ourselves offer a supervised vestaire. There will always be at least one volunteer present at the vestaire during the entire event. Three numbers are provided per person. One to keep yourself, then one for a backpack and one for a jacket.
• Is there an area for smoking? Yes, a smoking area is provided.
• Can I pay by cash or card? Both are possible.

Here’s how to get there

• What languages are spoken? Dutch of course, English is also well represented, French and German are definitely spoken as well. For the rest, there is always some international company.
  
  The organisation itself speaks Dutch, English, French and German. Some volunteers also come from international destinations, so Dutch or English is best.
